Don’t Be Afraid!

Numbers 19; Numbers 20; Psalm 28; Mark 5

Scripture

Mark 5:36 “Ignoring what they said, Jesus told the synagogue ruler, "Don't be afraid; just believe."

Observation

The little girl had already died and Jesus told her dad not to be afraid; just believe! With Jesus on our side there is always “Hope”. Some things seem hopeless, but for a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ there is always “Hope”. Maybe it is someone in your family that is sick, maybe it is your finances, maybe it is a relationship that needs to be mended, remember the words of Jesus, “don’t be afraid; just believe!”

Application

Without faith it is impossible to please Him! What is bringing fear to my life today? Where do I just need to just believe and not be afraid?


Prayer

Heavenly Father, help me to walk by faith today and not by sight.
