[19] Bring a pair of every kind of animal—a male and a female—into the boat with you to keep them alive during the flood.
Observation
I
don’t know what was harder, building the Ark or getting all those animals into
the Ark or cleaning up after all of those animals everyday while they were in
the Ark.
Here
is one important truth that we can glean from this story:
Every
good idea that God gives us turns into hard work to make it happen!
This
is an incredible story of faith. Just think about it. The whole story is huge!
What
God puts on our hearts is always bigger than what we can do! If we can do it
alone then we wouldn’t need God.
What
He is going to ask us to do in 2015 is bigger, way bigger than we can do on our
own!
Isn’t
that exciting! I can’t wait! How about you?
Application
I
will ask God to give me the faith of Noah - Ark building faith! How about you?
Prayer
Heavenly
Father, let me be someone that finds favor with You like Noah did. Let me be
the kind of person that You can give a big job to like You did Noah. Let me be
like Noah in character, righteous and blameless, consistently following Your
will and enjoying a close relationship with You. I pray this for our leadership
team too. Give them Noah size tasks in 2015.
