Is Not
Just A Lot Of Talk;
It is living by God’s power.

Observation
Contradictions
… Hypocritical … That is what we are when we talk the talk, but don’t walk the
walk!
Husbands, we need to live out the Christian life! Our
wives need to see God’s power working in and through us.
Our kids and our grandkids need to see it!
Busyness and doing lots of stuff “for the Lord” without
the Power of God evident in our lives just leaves us worn out and ineffective
at the end of the day!
So … lets back up … lets re-evaluate … lets think about
how we are investing our time … lets make sure that our spouse sees and
experiences the power of God working in our lives!
Application
I want my family and my friends to see Jesus in me. How
about you?
Prayer
I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance.
I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 1:18-20
And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Ephesians 3:18-20
