Observation
When
you feel all alone and you feel that no one loves you.
God’s unfailing love … is Priceless!

your spouse says that he or she wants out.
God’s unfailing love … is Priceless!

your health is so bad you hardly have strength to walk around.
God’s unfailing love … is Priceless!

you lose your job or are not making enough to pay the bills.
God’s unfailing love … is Priceless!

There
are so many more things that we could add to this list … couldn’t
we.
I
like the second part of verse 7, “People take refuge in the shadow
of your wings.” Do you understand the meaning of what the Psalmist
is saying? Just like a hen gathers up her chicks under her wings when
there is trouble we can do the same thing with our God. We can take
refuge in the shadow of His wings today.
Application
I will take
refuge in the shadow of the wings of my God today. The storms of life
are quieted under the shadow of His wings.
Prayer
Heavenly
Father, thank you for taking care of me. Your unfailing love is
priceless. Your love, LORD, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness
to the skies. Your righteousness is like the highest mountains, your
justice like the great deep.
