A Good Habit To Work On!

Romans 12:13 “Share with God's people who are in need. Practice hospitality.”

Observation

Something done consistently over and over again becomes a habit and so Paul says to us, “practice hospitality”. Make “hospitality” become one of your good habits. I watch some of our folks at church and they model this verse so well. They have developed the habit of “hospitality”. When you go to their homes you feel very welcome. Paul says that we all need to “practice” hospitality.


Application

What can you do this week to “practice hospitality”?


Prayer

Heavenly Father, help me do a lot better in this area and help me to learn from others that are such good models. I have heard several people comment about one of our small group leaders that this person is so good at “hospitality”. Thank you Lord for these gifted people and I ask you to bless them and may it be contagious in our church.
