“Nothing is impossible with God”

Scripture

Luke 1

37For nothing is impossible with God."

Observation

Do you need a reminder this morning that “nothing is impossible with God”? Maybe you are facing plenty of things that seem impossible and they are impossible for us, but not for God. Nothing is harder or easier for Him to do, nothing is out of His reach, and He can do anything that He wants to do.

You and I are not gods. We are limited, very limited; but we serve a God that has no limits, no restrictions, unless He places them on Himself.
Make yourself a list of things that are way beyond your control and turn them over to your Heavenly Father. Depend on Him.

Application

I will give my list of “impossibles” to God and let Him take care of them.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I know that nothing is too hard for you. There is no such word as “impossible” for You. I do have some things that are impossible for me and I turn them over to You. On the top of my list would be the loved ones in my life that do not act like they know You at all. I want them to have a personal relationship with You. I want them all to be saved and I want for them to enjoy the Christian life, which they seem to have no interest in pursuing. I pray that You turn their hearts towards You. I know that You can do it because there is nothing impossible for You.
