For All Of God’s Promises

Have Been Fulfilled In Christ 

With A Resounding “Yes!”

Scripture

2 Corinthians 1

²⁰ For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory.

Observation

 Pretty much what Christ did for us on Easter Sunday is expressed in 2 Corinthians 1:20! All of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ! YES!

Yesterday was a celebration for the church! It was a victory celebration! He is Alive! He lives today!

Are you living like you belong to a Risen Savior?

Application

 I can count on every promise God makes in scripture because they have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!”

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I read today in Psalm 50:23a that giving thanks is a sacrifice that truly honors You. Thank You! Thank You for yesterday and for all the people that attended Christ Fellowship. Thank You for our pastor, and his wife. Thank You for every person that makes up the leadership team at our church. Thank You for every person that volunteered yesterday and made yesterday the wonderful day it was. Thank You for my family and for my friends. I give You thanks because it is a sacrifice that truly honors You!
