Love Does No Wrong To Others, So Love Fulfills The Requirements of God's Law.
Love
Does
No Wrong To Others,
So
Love Fulfills The Requirements of God's Law.
Scripture
Romans
13
8 Owe
nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another.
If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God’s
law.
9 For
the commandments say, “You must not commit adultery. You must not
murder. You must not steal. You must not covet.” These—and other
such commandments—are summed up in this one commandment: “Love
your neighbor as yourself.”
Observation
Love
does no wrong to others... Love does no wrong to others... Love does
no wrong to others... Love does no wrong to others... Love does no
wrong to others... Love does no wrong to others... Love does no wrong
to others... Love does no wrong to others... Period!
Hate
… Animosity … Violence … these are just the opposite of the
commandment: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
During
the first couple of months of the Covid 19 virus pandemic we saw the
best in people, but now what we see happening in our country is
showing us the very worst in people.
It
is sad, all very sad.
All
of us need to examine our hearts! All of us need to love our
neighbors as ourselves.
Application
I
will not give room for hate in my heart.
How
about you?
Prayer
Heavenly
Father, I pray for our country. I pray for healing. I pray for an end
to the violence. I pray for the leaders of our country and for the
leaders in our cities. Give them wisdom as they try to handle all of
the unrest. Raise up godly voices that will bring an end to all of
this chaos and destruction.
