More and More Like Jesus

Scripture

2 Corinthians 3

And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.

Observation

More and more like Jesus, that is what should be happening to us if we belong to Christ. We have someone in our small group that is in her 80’s and she is so like Jesus! I am not saying that she is perfect because she is not, but she when you are around her it is so obvious that she has known Jesus a long time she is so much like Him. She is a joy to be around!

And that is what should be happening to each one of us. His glory should be shining through us as we are becoming more and more like Him!

Application

I will look for Jesus in the lives of those around me.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I hope that others see Jesus in me. Help me be so close to You that Your glory shines out to those that I will see today. Bless Florence and continue to give her good health and strength. Thank you with blessing our small group with her presence.
