“Salvation Comes From Our God Who Sits On The Throne And From The Lamb!”

Salvation Comes From Our God
Who Sits On The Throne
And From The Lamb!”
Scripture
Revelation 7
9 After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands.
10 And they were shouting with a great roar,
Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne
    and from the Lamb!”
11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living beings. And they fell before the throne with their faces to the ground and worshiped God.
12 They sang,
Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom
    and thanksgiving and honor
and power and strength belong to our God
    forever and ever! Amen.”
Observation
The Apostle Paul and the Apostle John both had the opportunity to see what it is going to be like in Heaven. And we get a tiny glimpse of Heaven through their eyes. One of the things for sure that we are going to see when we get to Heaven is diversity!
Red, brown, yellow, black and white they are precious in His sight is way more than a song. It is a reality in Heaven!
Maybe you remember that the Apostle Peter was very prejudice and God had to teach him a lesson with the conversion of Cornelius in Acts 10. Then Peter said, “Now I understand that God doesn’t play favorites. (Acts 10:34)
It doesn't matter if you and I are red, brown, yellow, white or black. It doesn't matter if we are Anglo, Latino, or anything else. No matter who we are, no matter what shade of skin we have, no matter what heart language we speak, God loves us and He wants us, all of us, in Heaven with Him.
And He commands us to love all people just like He does!
Jesus loves the little children
All the children of the world
Red, brown, yellow
Black and white
They are precious in His sight.
Jesus loves the little children
Of the world.
Application
I will strive to love all people like Jesus loves them.
How about you?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, don't let me show partiality. Give me Your heart for all the people around me. Help me to love people with Your Agape love.
I pray for any person reading this blog that struggles with accepting people and loving people just as they are. I pray that You set them free from prejudice and give them the capacity to love all people
Daily Bible Reading: Ezekiel 17,18,19; Revelation 7
