“Humanly Speaking, It Is Impossible. But Not With God. Everything Is Possible With God.”

Humanly Speaking,
It Is Impossible.
But Not With God. Everything Is Possible With God.”
Scripture
Mark 10
23 Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the Kingdom of God!”

24 This amazed them. But Jesus said again, “Dear children, it is very hard to enter the Kingdom of God.

25 In fact, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the Kingdom of God!”

26 The disciples were astounded. “Then who in the world can be saved?” they asked.
27 Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God.”
Observation
We are faced with so many things in life that are “impossible”. Last night I was with a wife of a patient who said to me, “I don't know how people who don't know the Lord handle things like this!”
Her husband was not responsive and it was obvious that unless God worked a miracle this man would not recover.
This woman had tremendous faith that she expressed while I was visiting with her. She realized that her husband was in the hands of an All-Powerful God, who could restore her husband to health if He decided to do so.
She said to me as she was talking about her husband, “He is the love of my life!”
As I think about her and her kids who were flying in from all over the country to be with her, I am reminded that life is very short and things can drastically change in the blink of an eye.
Application
I need to enjoy the time that I have with family and make every moment count with the 'love of my life'! God did work a miracle in my life and I need to make every moment that He has given me count.
How about you?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, nothing is impossible for You. I know that if You want to heal this woman's husband You can surely do it. I am so glad that she has a personal relationship with You and that she has placed her husband in Your Hands. Comfort her and her family and I still pray for a miracle in her husband's life. Nothing is too hard for You. Nothing!
