So Let's Not Get Tired Of Doing What Is Good. At Just The Right Time We Will Reap A Harvest Of Blessing If We Don't Give Up.

So Let's Not Get Tired Of Doing What Is Good.
At Just The Right Time We Will Reap
A Harvest Of Blessing If We Don't Give Up.
Scripture
Galatians 6
2 Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.
3 If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important.
9 So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.
10 Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith.
Observation
We have all been asked to be inconvenienced for a while for the good of those around us. Our lives have been disrupted, and they are going to continue to be disrupted for a while longer. But if we don't stop or slow down the spread of this virus a lot of people are going to get really sick and many are going to die.
Hey, at risk are the elderly with underlying health conditions, … they are talking about me! And they might be talking about you! I hope everybody takes this thing seriously for your sake and my sake!
Let's think about the people around us during this time of crisis. Let's look around and see who might need our help!
Everybody is posting Psalm 91 so I thought I would post it too! What a great Psalm for a time like this!
Psalm 91
1 Those who live in the shelter of the Most High
    will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 This I declare about the Lord:
He alone is my refuge, my place of safety;
    he is my God, and I trust him.
3 For he will rescue you from every trap
    and protect you from deadly disease.
4 He will cover you with his feathers.
    He will shelter you with his wings.
    His faithful promises are your armor and protection.
5 Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night,
    nor the arrow that flies in the day.
6 Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness,
    nor the disaster that strikes at midday.
7 Though a thousand fall at your side,
    though ten thousand are dying around you,
    these evils will not touch you.
8 Just open your eyes,
    and see how the wicked are punished.
9 If you make the Lord your refuge,
    if you make the Most High your shelter,
10 no evil will conquer you;
    no plague will come near your home.
11 For he will order his angels
    to protect you wherever you go.
12 They will hold you up with their hands
    so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone.
13 You will trample upon lions and cobras;
    you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet!
14 The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love me.
    I will protect those who trust in my name.
15 When they call on me, I will answer;
    I will be with them in trouble.
    I will rescue and honor them.
16 I will reward them with a long life
    and give them my salvation.”
Application
I will look for people who need help during this time of crisis.
How about you?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, I know that none of this surprises You. Nothing happens that You are not aware of. Give our leaders wisdom as they make decisions about how to handle this crisis. I pray that our nation will pray and seek Your face. I pray that our leaders would call out to You for help. I pray and I ask that You stop this virus. Nothing is too hard for You.
Daily Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 28,29; Galatians 6; I added: Psalm 91
